Meet the Team

Deana began her career in logistics in late 2013. She purchased a fleet of trucks and dove in feet first with nothing more than ambition and drive. After gaining experience navigating the rough waters that is logistics, she birthed Elite Logistics in 2015. Her goal has been to provide superior service to the community by assisting customers in getting their much-desired merchandise in the homes of their clients one delivery at a time.

Rodrigo began his career 27 years ago as an apprentice but quickly gained ranks managing several shops before deciding to open up his own business. He has successfully operated it alongside amassing a network of fellow mechanics offering a full service maintenance program to our network of carriers thus eliminating downtime.

Robert first began his career as a truck driver in 2004. He was involved in an accident that forced him to jump out the driver's seat of a truck and into the hustle and bustle of the office. He quickly took charge of the dispatching and management of the company's fleet, growing them from 2 trucks to 14 within a year.
This unique experience provided him an upper hand in that he gained the skill set needed to maneuver both the office and the truck life. He is able to quote our customers with accuracy, provide proper time frames, as well as proficiently dispatch. He understands the drivers plight as well as rules and regulations in reference to hours of service thus ensuring we never over promise and under deliver.
